Philippine Tourist visa requirements
1. Covering letter on company letter head with the purpose of travel (Address to Philippine embassy Islamabad)
2. Last 06 months bank statement (Attested from ministry of Foreign affairs / Optional)
3. Hotel reservation one copy should be faxed to embassy directly, attach one copy with the documents or Original attested invitation letter if visiting family or friend. One copy of invitation letter should be directly faxed to Embassy and 01 copy should be attached with application.
4. Return ticket
5. Police Character certificate (Attested from ministry of foreign affairs)
6. NTN certificate
7. Chamber of Commerce membership certificate
8. Tax returns (Attested from ministry of foreign affairs)
9. 03 Photographs (3.5 x 5.5cm)
10. ID card copy
11. 02 Visa application form
12. Original passport with all previous passports, passport must be valid for six months after the intended period of stay.
NOTE: EMBASSY MAY ASK FOR THE FURTHER DOCUMENTATION.
